Bachelor of science degree in Occupational Health and Safety. Master of science in Occupational Health and Safety. Master in emergency response management.

I have been a CPR instructor for 17 years and a firefighter/paramedic for about the same amount of time. I have seen first hand the benefits of proper CPR I am very passionate about making sure anybody I teach learn the proper techniques, leave feeling confident in performing CPR and AED usage. 

Safety Director, Retired. As Safety Director for a large electrical contractor my responsibility focused on minimizing workplace injuries and accidents. Conduct employee training on Industry safety standards and conduct on job site safety audits. I am currently a CPR/AED/FA for Midwest Safety group.

I’m a mother of 4 children and teaching has been part of that role since day one. Being a Lifeguard, Swim Instructor, Aquatics Director, Lifeguard Instructor and a HSI Instructor was a choice I made that I am very proud of. I have taught over 60 classes since March of 2021. And I enjoy teaching and learning new ways to instruct. Learning from other instructors has definitely had an impact in how I teach. Helping everyday people learn skills that increase the chances of someone in an emergency’s survival is the way we as people move forward and is my pleasure.
